            The Committee on Roads and Transportation moved to amend the bill on page one, line ten, following the words “in the Historic”, by striking the word “Scott’s” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Scotts”;

            On page one, line seventeen, following the words “Route 19 crossing”, by striking the word “Scott’s” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Scotts”;

            On page one, line nineteen, following the word “the” by inserting the words “U.S. Army Air Corps” before the word “PFC”;

            On page two, line three, following the words “Monongalia County, the”, by inserting the words “U.S. Army Air Corps”;

            On page two, line two, following the word “crossing”, by striking out the word “Scott’s” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Scotts”;

            On page two, line six, following the words “the bridge as”, by inserting the words “U.S. Army Air Corps”;

            And,

            By amending the title to read as follows:

            House Concurrent Resolution No.–Requesting the Division of Highways to name the bridge on U. S. Route 19 crossing Scotts Run, bridge number 31-19-14.98, (39.66036, -80.00463), locally known as Osage Bridge, near Osage in Monongalia County, the "U.S. Army Air Corps PFC James Elwood Wickline Memorial Bridge".
